What are your business hours?

We are open Monday to Friday: 7am – 6pm.

Is afterhours available?

Yes, but you will be charged an overtime fee.
Please contact us if you need to access our facility afterhours.

How long does the approval take?

The process can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a day or two.

Do you have a minimum rental?

The minimum rental is $35.

How long is the rental period?

Customers can rent any items for an unlimited amount of time. We charge a weekly rate AND a production rental rate of 15 weeks. After an item has been checked out, customers have 24 hours to return it. In that case a restocking fee will apply.

How much is the restocking fee?

$4 per item for TV and feature productions.

What is your return policy?

Customers are responsible for returning items cleaned, and in good condition.

Do you have a hold policy?

We will hold items for one week.

What is your damage / loss policy?

Regular items are charged ten (10) times the value of the lost item. Specialty items are charge fifteen (15) times the value of the lost/damaged item. In addition, there will be a charge for items that are barcoded.

Do you have dressing rooms?

We have 4 dressing rooms. To book them, customers must call us prior to their visit.

Do I have to make an appointment to come pull?

No, you do not have to make an appointment, but you must call us to get a drive on pass to be able to access the Fox lot.

Do you offer parking?

Customers who are coming to pull, can park in the Pico West parking structure (next to Building 99). Customers who are picking up, can park in the reserved parking spaces in front of Building 99.

Does Fox Costumes and Wardrobe have any open positions for me?

Fox is a union lot, so to work here customers must be enrolled in a union. Customers must have enough working hours in a signatory house.
