What are your business hours?

Tuesday 11.21. & Wednesday11.22. - 7am to 3:30pm
Thursday 11.23. & Friday 11.24. closed
Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm. We take appointments to pull costumes. Please call us at 310.369.1897. Contact us if you need to have access to our facilities after hours.

Is afterhours available?

Yes, but you will be charged an overtime fee.

How does the credit application process work?

How long does the approval take?

We have 24 hours approval policy, no approval on accessories.

Do you have a minimum rental?

The minimum rental is $35.

How long is the rental period?

Production rental is 15 weeks, and extension rental will be charged at 50%. For commercials, music videos and photoshoots, it’s one-week rental policy on completed return order. After one week rental, it's regular production rate.

How much is the restocking fee?

$4 per item for TV and Feature Productions. Commercials, music videos and photoshoots - 25% restocking fee.

What is your return policy?

Customers are responsible for returning items cleaned and in original condition as they were rented.

Do you have a hold policy?

We'll hold items for one week. Please let us know if there is any delay. Unclaimed holds will be charged restocking fee.

What is your damage / loss policy?

Regular items are charged ten (10) times the value of the lost item. Specialty items are charged fifteen (15) times the value of the lost/damaged item. In addition, there will be a charge of $25 for items that are barcoded. If Approved, replacement items will be excepted in form of 3 items per 1 which needs to be the same or higher quality, and missing barcode will be charged $25.

Do you have dressing rooms?

We have 4 dressing rooms. To book them, customers must call us prior to their visit.

Do I have to make an appointment to come pull?

Due to safety reasons (Covid Policy), you need an appointment to be scheduled from 9am to 3pm in 2 hour time slots. Please make sure you request a drive on.

Do you offer parking?

Customers who are coming to pull, can park in the Pico West parking structure (next to Building 99). Customers who are picking up, can park in the reserved parking spaces#13 in front of Building 99 for 15 minutes.

Does Fox Costumes and Wardrobe have any open positions for me?
